When a prescription order is ready, Village Pharmacy & Compounding sends you a personal, secure payment link by text message from our order-notification number, (786) 574-3912.

That number automatically responds to STOP and HELP keywords, but it isn't monitored for conversations. For any questions about your order, message us at 786-675-5262 or call 305-274-8955.

How patients sign up for order texts

When we're helping you at the counter or on the phone, our staff asks:

“Village Pharmacy & Compounding can send you automated order texts — when your order is ready to pay, your secure payment link, and pickup, delivery, and status updates. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP anytime to stop, or HELP for help. It's optional and never a condition of getting your medications. Our Privacy Policy and text terms are at villagepharmacymiami.com. Is this cell number okay for that?”

Saying yes is optional. You can also say yes yourself: the secure checkout page where you pay has an optional box to agree to texts at the number we sent your link to. It starts unchecked, and you never have to check it to pay or to get your prescriptions. You can withdraw your yes at any time — reply STOP to any message, or just tell us.

You can also sign up online: our refill request form and transfer request form include an optional text-message consent checkbox for the mobile number you provide.
