From a Small Independent Pharmacy to a Trusted Healthcare Partner
Village Pharmacy & Compounding began as a small independent pharmacy founded by Luis O. Delgado, PharmD, and his wife. Together, they built Village on a simple foundation: treat every patient like family and provide the kind of care they would want for their own loved ones.
In the early days, it was just the two of them — working side by side, getting to know their patients, and helping them navigate medications with personal attention and genuine compassion.
As the needs of patients and providers evolved, so did Village. We expanded our services, invested in advanced compounding capabilities, and built a team of caring professionals who share the same commitment to exceptional service.
Today, Village Pharmacy & Compounding has grown into a trusted partner for patients and providers across a wide range of specialty care areas — while never losing sight of the relationships and values that started it all.

Our compounding lab is the heart of Village Pharmacy & Compounding. Every custom medication we prepare is made in our fully equipped, state-of-the-art compounding facility right here in Miami.
We follow strict USP 795 and USP 797 guidelines to ensure every compound meets the highest standards of safety, sterility, and quality. Our pharmacists and technicians are specially trained in compounding across a wide range of dosage forms including creams, capsules, troches, liquids, and injectables.

Luis founded Village Pharmacy & Compounding with a passion for building stronger connections between patients, providers, and pharmacists.
His vision was to create a pharmacy where people feel heard, cared for, and supported — especially those navigating complex medications, specialty therapies, or gaps in their care.
Alongside his wife and a dedicated team, Luis has grown Village into a trusted specialty pharmacy rooted in the South Florida community — staying true to the values of personalized care, clinical excellence, and genuine human connection that have defined Village from the very beginning.
